D&RGW and some other railroads on their 3' gauge rolling stocks.  Remember
to some of us, 36" can be a steam locomotive driver size.  Compatible
standards are required when building dual gauge track, such as S/Sn3.

I know the original  Santa Fe FUEL FOILERS (called Impack cars by Athearn
and Spine Cars by American Models (slight model variation)) has 28"
wheels... but 26"???
