Well, an internet search suggests NdeM as the only user of the U36CG. Sante Fe did have 25 U33Cs and 100 U36Cs, presumably all in blue warbonnet.
There is an entry for the U28CG including a photo in the silver warbonnet. I suggest those in the know and interested write to Lionel about the paint scheme and see what can be done.
