Go to Lionel's website and write them. I wrote them earlier this morning
telling them that the U36C never wore the red/silver paint scheme. Only the
solid blue with yellow ends and then later the yellow/blue warbonnet. Even
received a response back:

To Lionel,
In your latest S-Gauge catalog, you show a picture of a Santa Fe U33C in
passenger red/silver warbonnet paint scheme. Are you aware that the Santa
Fe U33C's never wore that paint scheme. The U33Cs were delivered in the
solid blue with yellow ends and later repainted in blue/yellow warbonnet.

Well, an internet search suggests NdeM as the only user of the U36CG.

Sante Fe did have 25 U33Cs and 100 U36Cs, presumably all in blue warbonnet.

There is an entry for the U28CG including a photo in the silver warbonnet.

I suggest those in the know and interested write to Lionel about the paint
scheme and see what can be done. I am not aware that any Lionel staff are
members of this group.
