Same here, except I advocate acrylics for the weathering.
 
BTW: My understanding was that Scalecoat and baking produced the hardest 
finish, but if you couldn't bake (plastic?) that Floquil would end up harder 
than Scalecoat. Anybody have real world experience on that question?
