If you buy 33 lengths of rail, you OBVIOUSLY cut the last one in half to lay
both rails.

The contrary question is, how many people lay track in exact increments based
on the number of feet of rail in whatever bundle is available. If the seller
sells by the piece of rail, how long before someone asks to buy it by the foot,
or inch?

How about we let Dave know how much support he has for this potential product,
rather than nit-picking it to death?

OTOH, If the driving force is getting Tom's Turnouts back in production, maybe
a compromise rail joiner that would allow existing code 125 rail to make to SHS
rail would be a more economical solution.
