Bud,
 
If you take the top of the supplied coupler box and cut away the top inside the 
box walls this gives you just the 2 sides and back walls and also allows the 
coupler to sit higher in the opening, takes about 5 minutes for each box.

I also added cab interior detail with SHS' SW cab interior and "Howie" and 
fireman, modified to fit of course.
