I would think that my stagnated layout is this category. :-)
i.e. A lacking level of quality.

In the 1.8 million population metro area known as Grater Kansas City I know
of maybe two or three. Lots of Flyer layouts. But due to business pressures I
don't get around much any more so I am out of the loop.

Thanks, John. Actually, MR will publish good modeling in any scale. The
difficulty is that they are very particular about the quality of the photos,
but that's why I enjoy their magazine so much. They are not so fussy about
"Trackside Photos". Still, I submitted this one last July, so plan on a long
wait!

Be still my heart! As far as I knew, MR didn't know S scale existed!
Congrats Roger!
