Oh, I don't know... If you take a look at the photo below Roger's in the August MR, it's pretty darn uninspired, if not sloppy. The Kato N Scale Mikado is straight from the box and doesn't even have it's handrails installed.
I know pretty much all the guys here can do better than that with what they got.
