Bill,

I didn't realize that the RS1 was permanently out of production. I had always
intended to buy one from North Yeard through its seller in California. The
sale price surprises me though: Five hundred Dollars for something that one
could have purchased for half that just a few short months ago. I guess the
key to the price lies in the verb phrase, "could have purchased".

Yes, apparently the RS1 would be a good choice as a model. The S-scale market
is always full of surprises.

Subject: {S-Scale List} RS1

Did anyone here win this? http://www.ebay.com/itm/261072276064 Just curious....
I tracked it for the whole week & figured it would go for about $500.00.

In my mind it shows a RS1 is a wanted loco.

Thank You,
Bill Lane
