If the objective is to learn the name of the person sending out false messages about Lionel scale wheels, what is the point of asking MTH about that? I was thinking you would go back to Lionel to find out who wrote the messages. One possibility is that there is one person at Lionel who is honestly incorrectly informed and is also answering email inquiries. If that is the case, we need to find out who he/she is and educate him/her to stop future inaccurate messages. Amusingly, two folks have suggested to me (off list and with smilies) that maybe MTH has hacked the Lionel Customer Service web site and is sending out replies to consumers. I think that is a big joke since everything I have read about Mike Wolf is that he is a real straight shooter and very legitimate. Also, if false rumors were going to be started, it would make more sense to do that regarding some major product rather than our beloved miniscule S scale stuff which is a small fraction of anyone's efforts. Anyway, good luck trying to sleuth down the orginator of the inaccurate messages. Cheers....Ed L.
