Stan,

AM sells Type B road trucks for their RS-3 and FA/B-2 units.  That's the easy 
way.  BTS sells a brass kit for Type B and they require assembly of course.  
Also the BTS kits are made for axles that actually use the journal boxes, not 
necessary I suppose.  Another approach with the BTS trucks would be to use NWSL 
wheel sets with axles that would use said holes in the journal box.
