Friends, I took my little camera home the other night as our webmaster,
Peter asked for a couple of shots. I forgot to bring it to the studio
till this morning. Before jumping in the car I spent a few minutes
trying to put together a panoramic view of my layout. A couple of
people have asked for an overall view since seeing the S gaugian
article. I hope it uploads okay, as it's 40 inches long on my screen.
I don't know what Yahoo will do with it.

Anyway this view shows pretty much what you see upon entering the
trainroom and covers just slightly more than 180 degrees. What is
hidden is the town of Madra to the left over a view block. Also along
the right side wall is a doorway that leads to a stub end yard I call
Tacoma. Besides that, beginning just behind the camera is a 45 ft
tunnel with hidden storage/staging tracks that leave the tunnel about
mid photo.

I hope to purchase one of those keychain cameras that Peter is playing
with to capture some motion from the cab. I had tried it before with a
radio controlled spy camera that sent information to a standard monitor
and VHS recorder. The problem with that is it's difficult to put older
video on line digitally.

Anyway--hope you enjoy the view.
