Carey,

I have the E500. http://www.cycloneblasters.com/benchtop.htm At the time it
was the largest booth I could find for the price. Metal cabinets this size
were a lot more money.

I made a few modifications namely lighting. There was 1 light bulb inside
the booth that in truly 1 second flat of blasting gets completely covered
with grit and the booth suffers a total solar eclipse. I made 2 lights that
are at the ends and are completely external. There was an expanded metal
sheet that covered the bottom. I cut it in half and mounted it as a shelf on
the back wall. At least with the 400 grit the angle of repose kicks in all
the time. I could have 20 pounds of grit in the bottom of the booth and
nothing coming out because THAT small area of the pickup is empty. It is
just a cone shaped hole of nothing! You are ***continuously*** spreading the
grit around to keep the pickup feed full. I also filled the legs with
expanding foam. They were filling up with grit anyway.

If you look on CraigsList you will occasionally see some nice booths for
sale. Harbor Freight did not have local stores when I bought my booth. I
have a store about 45 minutes from me now. Since my booth is plastic it
could be shipped UPS.

Thank You,
Bill Lane
