Regarding the S Deep Flanges question - yes  S Helper Service did (will have to 
wait and see about the new owners, but would suspect so). I also know SHS was 
consulted by the NMRA during the standards updating process, as I was in the 
NMRA engineering dept at the time - I chaired the NMRA's Conformance and 
Inspection Program for several years.
