When I  considered such a project, all that was needed was a dedicated "Swiss 
screw machine" individual "custom made operating cams". 20 ft lengths of stock 
and the space to accommodate them ( think about it )
Associated tools and skills to make it work   Single phase electric would 
suffice,   Three ph is better  THEN you need the sales to pay for the mess    
Ooops.  Forgot the fork lift & rigging to move the SSM  etc
BTW.  No one will deliver one 20ft piece of stock for free
