boB,  How does the diameter of the Kadee springs compare to the Ace? Personally 
I liked the equalized trucks better than sprung.....two reasons, more 
flexibilty, and no "see through" in the spring area. 
   The old Rex trucks with new Delrin inserts would be the cats meow. I wish I 
had bought more of them when I had the chance. The cast on brake shoes was 
another nice feature.
   Yep, longing for the good old daze right along with ya!
