That's on my to-do list as well.

BTW, the part of Granville's text which I worked on was just the Calc 1 portion.
For the Calc 2 part, I used notes of William Stein and Dale Hoffman.
It is about 150 pages but needs more work.
I also have notes on DEs which also need work!
