Just to confirm:
Did you apply both 10575 and 10576? If so, I somehow created these
incorrectly because int_div, binomial_new are gone and also
ProjectiveGeometryDesign was rewritten.
However, regarding IncidenceStructure I guess I'm not sure what to do. I
thought one wanted more general objects for the base class. For example,
the base class for PermutationGroup_generic is group.FiniteGroup.
