through trac, so it's somewhat redundant. Also, it's quicker easier to
tab-complete if the "trac_" prefix is not there.
I use that prefix for all the patches I apply to contrast them with the
spkgs I merge, so I am strongly in favor of using the prefix. Either way,
encoding the ticket is essential to make things easy.
