Moving things around breaks the ABI and we would need to deprecate the
code in the old location. So let's write an email to [sage-devel] and/or
[sage-combinat-devel] and hope that someone smarter than us three here
comes up with a good suggestion. If no one cares we just go ahead as
planned :p
