Sorry, I you feel I'm being rude. It wasn't my intend. However, I've no
chance to know that since there is no record of his work on this ticket.
Even when the review is done offline, it is good to keep a (not
necessarily detailed) trace of what has been done on the ticket, if only
to give proper credit.
