Hey Andrew,
Yes, it should be {{{``(k,r,c)``}}} but right now it is {{{``(r,c)``}}}.
Although on further thought, it might be better to move the note about
0-based (and adding {{{``k``}}}) and the python *-operator to the header.
That way it covers all of the similar functions.
