Unfortunately, same problem. Only the ecl-11* spkg and the p1 spkg at
#9167 work properly for me. And that is reproducible.
I have to go somewhere, but I'm going to at least set it to trying
12.2.1.p0 with #13364. But I don't expect anything happy.
Are you ''sure'' that the changes at #9167 wouldn't make a difference?
You do change where certain files are sent, and maybe that has some
relation to it.
