Note that my review patch available at #13624 (trac_13624-review-sl.patch)
is (1) adding one doctest and (2) fixing broken optional dot2tex doctests
for the `graph_latex.py` and `generic_graph.py` files. Maybe the part (2)
could be moved to this ticket?
