 I'd prefer to leave it there (or, more precisely, not to move it here),
 since it's unrelated to this ticket, which could get "merged" simply by
 putting the new spkg into the optional spkg repo.  (The fixed spkg doesn't
 change the output of `dot2tex` or any doctest; #14408 ''might''.)
