 It's nice to be able to test some crazy combination and having the
 possibility to do so by setting one or two envvars rather than hacking
 into the code.

 And SAGE_INSTALL_GCC will not treflect what it does anymore.

 For the prefixed gcc issue, just prefix it all the time and if there is no
 wrapper installed then create symlinks.
