Maybe instead of putting this into `free_algebra.py`, you should create
`free_lie_algebra.py` and put it there? Anyway, if this is a basis for the
Lie algebra, not for its enveloping algebra, then the documentation so far
looks a little misleading. Feel free to add plenty of mathematical
documentation to the code -- see the top of
`algebras/steenrod/steenrod_algebra.py`, for example -- so that people
will understand what you've implemented.
