The thematic tutorial `coercion_and_categories` would be a natural place,
but would it be enough? Granted, the doc of `register_embedding`,
`register_coercion` and `install_coercion` should refer to each other and
elaborate on the different use cases and should also mention
`_coerce_map_from_`.
