 Argh. Not again. A Heisenbug.

 `sage -t --verbose src/sage/groups/perm_gps/permgroup.py` and `sage -t
 src/sage/groups/perm_gps/permgroup.py` run individually and even `sage -tp
 src/sage/groups/perm_gps/` work fine.

 But when doing `make ptest` with two parallel processes, I *always* get a
 crash. Bug hunt will be great fun...
