Using `PyObject_TypeCheck` instead of `isinstance` significantly improves
performance of lookup (where we need to check if keys are weakrefs and if
they are still alive), and that's actually a scenario we care about.
Thanks for the suggestion (I'm pretty sure any further performance
improvements will not have a measurable effect on sage performance in
general, but this one was silly not to include).
