I checked and it does (also when it is declared a type)

Cython is amazing: If the second argument is a `type` it does NOT! It does
generate the more efficient `PyObject_TypeCheck`. So the latest patch
really only needed `cdef type fixed_KeyedRef = KeyedRef`.
