I have uploaded a patch that has a few changes that we were discussing.
I did:
1) Change the constructor signature, as per our discussion
2) added a function isogeny_codomain_from_kernel, that computes the
codomain only
3) Added a few doctests.
4) refactored the code somewhat
I did not:
1) Write any code to map to a specified or minimal model yet.
At this point, this still needs work
My next TODOs are:
1) To add a couple new algorithms for computing isogenies (from Morain's
paper,)
2) Write the code to map to the specified or a minimal model.
3) add LOTS of doctests :-)
