 Anyway, I've changed them to `except BaseException:`.
 It is technically ok in this case. The reason I don't like `except:` is
 that in almost all cases that I have seen, it was a mistake. If you write
 `except BaseException:`, it shows that you probably know what you're doing
 and that it is not a mistake. It is also consistent with "Explicit is
 better than implicit" from the Zen of Python (`import this`).
