Comment:
It seems to work. At least: Tests of `sage.categories.homset` and
`sage.homology` all pass. Since I actually changed code, I am promoting
myself to an "Author"...
So, see if you like the changes (and promote yourself to a "Reviewer"...).
Provided that the full test suite passes, which I will be testing later.
