Pickling

O(n) instead of O(1), and iterating over all entries or creating a
sequence from a list of integers will be O(n^2^) instead of O(n).
Right, iteration, access to single items and creation from a list is not
as fast as it could be. Can you point me to examples (in Sage? Elsewhere?)
showeing how to use 'mpn_*`?
PS: I also forgot to implement pickling.
