 Hi Nathann,

 It is much clearer now without the `who_asked`. I did a bit of speedup in
 `find_wilson_*` and the test in `latin_squares` run in 11sec instead of
 17sec. Not yet marvelous but not bad. It would be nice to spend some time
 there as most of the time is clearly spent in looking for decompositions.

 (I messed up the case of `k=1` in the intermediate commit... so they are
 not relevant)
