Of course you can - you just did it and the system didn't stop you, since
it's brainless.
This is however not your ticket, it is a ticket (authored by you) intended
to be merged into a public collaborative project, where it is helpful to
have meaningful titles/descriptions/commits. If the title is reflective of
this ticket, I am ready to set it to positive review as invalid/wontfix.
