 Thanks! These comments are helpful indeed.

 William -- I rather try to be a better mathematician...it has the
 advantage that although you get constantly evaluated, the evaluations are
 mostly anonymous :-). But that was in my to-do list. And it still is,
 despite my previous comments in this ticket!
