OK, I'm almost sure it is a caching issue. I think we are being bitten by
something I've wanted to rewrite for a while. In addition to the data
file, Sage writes a custom Jmol script to launch the display. I think we
could avoid using it, but I've tried to change as little as possible to
maintain backwards compatibility. Anyway, I don't think this is a new
bug. The script is not given a unique name, so we are picking up the one
from the cache. I will see if the simple fix of providing a unique name
will work. Ultimately that script file should go and we should just make
a ".jmol" file.
