#17572: Sage 6.5.beta4 build fails at r-3.1.2p0 on OS X 10.10.1

Make fails after compiling sage binary while building r-3.1.2.p0. I'm
using git source, branch "develop", on OS X 10.10.1. Error reported is
missing header file "omp.h", but that file is present in
./local/lib/gcc/x86_64-apple-darwin14.0.0/4.9.2/include/omp.h. This also
happens with OS X 10.10 and with Sage 6.4.beta3 and Sage 6.3. I'm using
Xcode 6.1.1 and commandlinetoolsosx10.10forxcode6.1.1.
