Output of ./sage --sh -c env attached. The only way I can see clang
getting involved is with these two lines:
{{{
OBJC=/usr/bin/cc
OBJCXX=/usr/bin/c++
}}}
The rebuild after cleaning up PATH did not eliminate the error. I also
moved renamed /usr/bin/R and /usr/bin/Rscript to XR and XRscript and still
got the error.
