A good idea! I also (nearly) did that.

This commit] actually makes it worse; it changes one {{{IPython}}} and
then doesn't correctly fix an {{{ipython}}}. Why don't you back up to
before that commit and fix them correctly - all should be first two
letters caps, rest lowercase.
