Travis' comments are fixed now. Here are some further responses:

When IntegerListsLex is enumerable (i.e. the vectors can be iterated over
in inverse lex order), then the list is finite. We will explain this in
the code.

No, since the plan is to implement this later, so there is no need to
deprecate it now.
