We LOVE the changes that Volker has done to the display system - while
there is some dust in the process (and he pointed out that beta releases
are there to allow cleaning up), it actually makes sense now to have Sage
as math software and multiple interfaces to it that don't have to be
adjusted with every new version of Sage, potentially breaking more and
more things that are very hard to test automatically. This certainly was
the case with !SageMathCell and I am pretty sure with SageNB, since each
version of the latter required changes to Sage beyond just bumping version
numbers.
I also get the impression that graphs are the only things "heavily broken"
by recent changes, which suggests that the problems are with the way how
graphs are set up. Or maybe I am wrong and Sage is only used for graphs,
that's why there are few complains for other areas.
