OK, it is worse than I thought. Not only do we get a `gcc` that will
sometimes break, when `gcc` breaks so does `clang` because of that little
header. I am wondering if we should remove that header once `gcc` is
built. It looks like a lot of stuff that will want that header will break
regardless. Thoughts?
