At the moment I would recommend people who want cmake on OS X to download
it from kitware and make sure that the `cmake` command is in their `PATH`.
We could put some words of that effect in `spkg-install`. I don't see this
working on OS X anytime soon. We would need a breakthrough with `gcc` or
`clang`.
