Here is a patch to sagenb/interfaces/expect.py that corrects the bad
behavior in the notebook following upgrade to pexpect 3.3. The problem is
due to a difference between pexpect 2.0 and newer versions of pexpect in
what happens following a TIMEOUT of an expect; call. TIMEOUT is the
intended result from a call to '_read'. In newer versions '_expect.before'
is not modified by TIMEOUT so the output continues to accumulate. There is
no need to do this ourselves in 'output_status'.
