Uh oh, it seems as though with this spkg, changes to pyx files are not
detected. That is, build the documentation (say, with the jsmath option).
Then edit a .py file and a .pyx file (I chose sage/misc/latex.py and
sage/matrix/matrix0.pyx). Run 'sage -docbuild reference
print_modified_modules': the .py file will be listed, but not the .pyx
file. I can't figure out why this is happening :(
