No indeed, but you can make it easier for the reviewer this way:
1) Make a first commit that just *moves* code from one file to another. It
is very easy to check something like that: I only have to make the same
move in the other direction, and check that the two commits add up to no
modification at all.
2) After this first commit the code may not compile (because of broken
import and stuff). You can then change code wherever you like to adapt to
it.
3) Do whatever else you need to do in this branch.
This way, after checking the first commit, I can review the diff of all
commits except the first.
