Hi!
> Are you looking for `Graph.neighbors` ?
I had this, but changed to `edge_iterator` since `neighbors` does not list
a vertex multiple times if there are multiple edges to it (so maybe this
is something that should be changed?). Also, this covers digraphs without
needing an additional `if`.
